The Inn at Block Island, The Barrington Inn

Room rates include a hearty breakfast and afternoon refreshments served daily.  Satellite TV, wireless internet, picnic tables, grill and lounge chairs are available for guest enjoyment. Bike rentals, beach chairs and towels are provided upon request. There is daily maid service.

• Extra cot or person $30 per day. Must be reserved in advance.

The Barrington Apartments

• The apartments are rented by the night (3 night minimum) in the low season.
• Rented by the week (7 nights) Memorial Day through Labor Day.
• Two bedrooms sleep 4 adults or a family of five.
• Each apartment features a kitchen, living room, bathroom and deck.
• Grill, outside shower and laundry facilities available for guest use.
• Children of all ages are welcome.
• Security deposit and cleaning fee required.
• Thank you for not smoking.

Pet Policy

• ** Designated rooms are pet friendly at The Inn at Block Island.
• Pet Fee $25 per day.
• Pets are not allowed to be left unattended in room at any time.
• A list of pet sitters may be found at Chamber of Commerce
• Limited size and weight of pet apply.

Deposits

An advance deposit of one night’s rate or one-half of total stay is required by check, or credit card. Deposits are due within 7 days of phone reservation or room will be released. Balance of reservation is due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

The Inn at Block Island and The Barrington Inn

A $35 per room cancellation fee will be deducted from all deposits. A 15 day cancellation notice is required. We will refund your deposit minus a $35 fee if you cancel 15 days or more in advance and we can rebook the room for the entire reserved dates. If you cancel 14 days or less before your reservation, your deposit minus a $35 fee will remain as a credit to be applied to your rescheduled visit. We do not offer refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If ferry or air service is cancelled, be prepared to take the alternative service to the island. No deposit will be refunded nor will alternate dates be arranged because of bad weather unless both ferry and air service is cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

Jane Marie Cottage

A $500 cancellation fee will be deducted from all deposits. 90 day cancellation notice is required. We will refund the prepaid deposit minus the cancellation fee if the property can be re-rented for the entire dates reserved. Less than 90 day cancellation notice, no refund, the prepaid deposit minus the cancellation fee will remain as a credit towards a future visit. We do not offer refunds for early departures or late arrivals.

The Barrington Inn is open year round
The Inn at Block Island is open from May - October 
The Jane Marie Cottage is open year round.
June 1-Labor Day - available by the week (Monday to Monday)
Labor Day -May 31 - 2 night reservation required; Holidays require 3-4 night reservation
