Race Week

Don't miss Race Week 2008 on Block Island, June 15 - 20, 2008! This event features competitive sailboat races around the island throughout the week. Block Island Race Week is an East Coast tradition that attracts professional racers from all over the world.

During Race Week, yachts compete in races on Block Island Sound as well as various areas around the island. This event is held during the week, allowing racers to spend the weekend on the island before the race, checking out the waters and regatta courses, and allows both regatta participants and spectators to revel in a fun filled post race weekend on the island.
