The Inn at Block Island and The Barrington Inn are open from May - October, available for nightly or extended stays.
The Jane Marie Cottage is open year round and available for rent by the night from September - May and weekly rentals from Monday to Monday June - Labor Day.

The Inn at Block Island
The Inn at Block Island is known for its warmth and hospitality, the Inn is a century old Colonial situated on a knoll in Old Harbor. It was built in 1900 for a sea captain and his family and converted to a B&B in the 1980's. The Inn was called the Adrian after the founder of Block Island and then was named the Adrianna for a short time; it is now named The Inn at Block Island.
The Inn offers nine guest rooms and a small cottage, all with private baths, air conditioning, some with private entrances and ocean views. The atmosphere is quiet and friendly; the bright sunny rooms are cozy and inviting. The wraparound porch provides a gathering place for guests to dine and take in the beautiful ocean views. The inn offers pet friendly rooms and families are welcome. Beach chairs and beach towels are provided at no extra charge to our guests. We offer a place to store your luggage prior to check in or after check out. Check in time is at 2PM and check out is 10:30 AM. We have ample parking and bike racks for storing your bicycles. We are located two blocks from town, crescent beach and Old Harbor Ferry. Rates do not include 13% tax unless stated. Breakfast, wine, cheese, crackers, grapes, cookies and lemonade are included in the room rate, We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMEX.

Barrington Inn
Built in 1886, this century old Victorian farm house is situated on a hilltop overlooking the beautiful New Harbor area and ocean. The atmosphere is quiet and friendly and the bright sunny rooms are cozy and inviting. Enjoy the rear deck to soak in the spectacular sunsets, warmth and hospitality that Block Island has to offer. Families are welcome at the Barrington Inn.
The Inn offers six guest rooms and two apartments. The six guest rooms are equipped with private baths, air conditioning, DTV and hairdryers. Most rooms have decks or ocean views. Each apartment has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room and bath with private deck, ocean view and can accommodate up to 5 guests. Beach chairs and beach towels are provided at no extra charge to our guests. We offer a place to store your luggage prior to check in or after check out. Barrington Inn Apartments
Each apartment has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room and bath with private deck, ocean view and can accommodate up to 5 guests. Other amenities: outside shower, grill, laundry and one parking space. Sheets and towels are available for a fee. 2nd floor apartment has a bedroom with one queen bed and a bedroom with one twin bed and one queen bed. 1st foor apartment has one bedroom with one queen bed and a bedroom with one full bed and one twin bed. Sleeps 5 people max.

Room rates include a hearty breakfast and afternoon refreshments served daily. Satellite TV, wireless internet, picnic tables, grill and lounge chairs are available for guest enjoyment. Beach chairs and towels are provided upon request. There is daily maid service.

The Barrington Apartments
- The apartments are rented by the night (3 night minimum) in the low season.
- Rented by the week (7 nights) Memorial Day through Labor Day.
- Two bedrooms sleep 4 adults or a family of five.
- Each apartment features a kitchen, living room, bathroom and deck.
- Grill, outside shower and laundry facilities available for guest use.
- Children of all ages are welcome.
- Security deposit and cleaning fee required.

Pet Policy

- Pet Fee $75 per day.
- Pets are not allowed to be left unattended in room at any time.

Deposits
An advance deposit of one night’s rate or one-half of total stay is required by check, or credit card. Deposits are due within 7 days of phone reservation or room will be released. Balance of reservation is due upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel or change your reservation, please contact the office fifteen (15) days or more prior to arrival. All requests for cancellation or changes must be in writing; either by e-mail, fax or letter, and their receipt confirmed by Island Inns. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of actual arrival or departure date. Late arrivals must be reported to our office before 12:00 P.M. on day of arrival. The deposit will be charged to your credit card upon confirmation of your reservation. Should you need to cancel your reservation, deposits are refunded less Thirty Five Dollars ($35.00) per room if notice is given fifteen (15) or more days prior to your arrival date and if the room(s) is re-booked for the total number of reserved dates. If the room or rooms are not re-booked for the total number of reserved dates, the deposit minus the cancellation fee will remain as a credit to be applied to your rescheduled visit. If you wish to cancel your reservation fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival date and if the room(s) is re-booked for the total number of reserved dates, your deposit minus a fee of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) will remain as a credit to be applied to your rescheduled visit. On cancellations made within seven (7) days of your arrival date, you will be responsible for payment of all nights reserved. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of actual arrival or departure date.
The Jane Marie Cottage and Barrington Inn Apartments require ninety (90) day notice of cancellation. A Five Hundred Dollar ($500.00) cancellation fee will be deducted from all deposits. The prepaid deposit minus the cancellation fee will be refunded if the property can be re-booked for the total reserved dates. If the reservation is cancelled less than ninety (90) days before your scheduled arrival, no refund will be provided; the prepaid deposit minus the cancellation fee will remain as a credit towards a future visit. On cancellations made within seven (7) days of the arrival date, guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of actual arrival or departure date.
