About Us:

John is and Engineer and owner of J.P. Kempf Co. Inc. in Milford, CT. Established in 1980, J.P. Kempf Co. Inc. specializes in design/build cold storage facilities and manufacturing plants throughout the North East.

Caren is a licensed Realtor in CT since 1999. Caren is the full time manager and operator of the Block Island properties.

We grew up in Norwalk Connecticut, have four children and two grandchildren. We met in 1996 and married on July 4, 1999 at the S.E. Lighthouse, Block Island.

We are the owners of all three properties, not just the inn at block island.
